The OTR vulcanization system is the most advanced vulcanization equipment for professional tire repair personnel. This system uses external flat airbags, external heating pads, internal heating pads, and expandable inflatable mandrels/airbags to repair radial tires, bias tires, and low-profile tires without causing deformation.

The mandrels are light, durable, and easy to place inside the tire. The system can perfectly match the tire contour without causing deformation in the repair of radial, bias, low-profile, wide-base, anti-skid, and tractor tires.

The ratchet provides maximum tension with minimal force. The high wear-resistant belt ensures maximum strength.
